Manages the administration of the Consular Section, including procurement, travel arrangements and time and attendance. Serves as primary cashier for the Consular Section, collecting and refunding fees for Consular services. Assists the American Citizen Services Unit screening passport applications. Screens nonimmigrant visa applications for completeness of applications. Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Prior Work Experience: At least one year of office clerical experience involving working with the public. Language Proficiency: Level 4 (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. This may be tested.
